Radio ffn visited OffenHerz in Cloppenburg!

The medial feedback of our platform OffenHerz has been overwhelmingly positive. This gives us courage for the other regional on-site actions for direct aid to refugees in the Oldenburger Münsterland. 

On next weekend, there is already the next bike-raising. In addition, this time we also collect laptops and mobile phones, however they have to be intact for sure. We also hope to welcome other clubs or their divisions as a guest to help us in a cooperative way.

At the latest after the events we will then report back, who helped from the Cloppenburg community in our collection activities

The OffenHerz platform

We are nearing the release of further modules of the platform OffenHerz. The existing platform already supports the connection of volunteers, the implementation of local collection drives for bicycles, and the formation of working groups for clarifying the commissioning of other existing concepts for the integration of refugees.

In the next step we would therefore invite the working groups with the following local working groups: working group "Translations" (German / Arabic, Arabic / German), working group "Language" with civil servant status and salaried teachers and retired and volunteer teachers (e.g. students), working group "health care" with employees, self-employed or training-on-the-job doctors and nurses, pharmacists, nursing service managers, various experts from logistics and financing of health care services.

Furthermore, we establish a working group "Integration" to facilitate integration through participation in local community life. In addition, twe have started the  working group donations. Here we talk to people who help without any self-interest to attract donations to realise our OffenHerz targets.

Moreover, there are various other working groups: "Economy", there it goes at first primarily to the integration into working life. In the working group "Development" are software developers who develop or optimize the platform.

In the working group "Non Profit Company" are charitable institutions that operate in this working group cooperatively with public employers. We will tell here and now regularly about new or changed working groups. This is done especially when it appears that an extension or a merge of existing working groups is useful.
